A high specification £4m new office headquarters for Two Rivers Housing including landscaped areas, parking and associated infrastructure.
Two storey 1,400m² building with glazed reception atrium, with lift and staircases serving both floors
Through the use of renewable technology the design aims to deliver a BREEAM Excellent standard building that will reduce running costs. Through the design and technologies employed a minimum reduction of 25% in carbon emissions will be achieved. To achieve the clients preferred aesthetic of a column free solution to the office floor plates and also accommodate the major duct distribution routes a long span precast solution onto a supporting perimeter steel frame has been utilised.
