Units 1 and 2 include demolition of an existing retail terrace that has been re-sited to accommodate a new larger car park layout. Steel frameworks are part glazed and part rain screen with feature cantilever entrance/signage pods. A new bored piled retaining wall with gabion cladding forms a feature to one end of the car park.

Completed January 2015. For phase 4 redevelopment an existing standalone 3 unit building containing an operational Total Fitness Gym was extended, with an addition al unit added to the west, a new feature façade introduced to the entire façade, include the Gym and the existing roof structure of the unit directly adjoining the Gym was raised upwards to accommodate a future Tenants mezzanine provision.

All works undertaken whilst the Gym remained fully operational. A challenging and interesting scheme it was delivered successfully in early 2017.
