Scheme involved the partial demolition, complete refurbishment and creation of 1,000m² of additional floor space at roof level of an existing 1950’s retail unit in Kings Lynn town centre. Both the site and the construction program were extremely tight, which together with the absence of any asbuilt information and the presence of asbestos throughout the building made for a challenging scheme which was successfully delivered to Primark ahead of programme and on budget.
