Great Places Housing Group have been given planning consent for the project which will see 31 new homes being built.

The go-ahead has been given for work to start on the conversion of two historic Manchester textile mill buildings into more than 200 apartments.

New Charter Group, together with Rowlinson Construction, are building their largest private rented development so far.
The 76,000 sq ft development will provide apartments and five commercial units, along with 62 self-contained parking spaces and bicycle storage.

WML have been appointed for the feasibility design on the extensive Furness Quay housing project, Salford Quays, with Beaumont Morgan Development and Bowman Riley Architects.
The planning application for the Norton Court Development in Greengate Salford has been approved.
WML are pleased to be working on this project with Silverlane Developments. The proposed scheme will provide 310 apartments and 5000sqft of commercial space.
