WML are currently engaged in providing Structural, Civil & Geotechnical engineering services for Sleeperz Hotel at various sites around the UK. Their aim is to create unique hotels in city centres, utilising underdeveloped sites adjacent major rail terminals. Most recently completed in January 2012 is the RIBA 'Hadrian' Award Wining Sleeperz Hotel in Newcastle Upon Tyne, which consists of a 6 Storey 106 Rooms development abutting Newcastle Central station with 950m² of retail space at ground floor.
