The Bowes Street project was awarded ‘Best New Affordable Housing Scheme’ at the Housing Excellence Awards. The project comprised the regeneration of the Bowes Street area of Moss Side, including the extensive remodelling and refurbishment of over sixty, old terraced ex-council houses and 7 new build to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
