Most recently completed in January 2012 is the RIBA 'Hadrian' Award Wining Sleeperz Hotel in Newcastle Upon Tyne, which consists of a 6 Storey 106 Rooms development abutting Newcastle Central station with 950m² of retail space at ground floor.

Pickmere won the Residential Category at the NW RICS Awards 2013. Project comprised refurbishment and extension of existing sheltered housing in 6 phases commencing in 2007 and completed in April 2012
New £15m development to provide teaching facilities including a learning resource centre on the existing site together with refurbishment of the adjacent Ball Building.
This project was partly funded by the Learning Skills Council and as such, to meet the conditions of the funding criteria, the building has to achieve a minimum of BREEAM Very Good. On completion, the project actually achieved BREEAM Excellent
The Flagship Integrated Care Centre in Oldham, was Highly Commended in the "Best Health Care" sector at the Northwest LABC Awards. The recently completed 9 storey RC Flat Slab structure formes part of the Oldham Primary Care Trust's ongoing LIFT programme of redevelopment.
The new healthcare facility brings together a wide range of health and wellbeing services all under one roof, including some services traditionally found in a hospital environment. The facility will give local people better access to healthy living services, diagnostic tests and out-of-hours medical advice
Park View Primary School, Manchester's first EPC 'A rated' primary, was been shortlisted for two prestigious awards. The school featured in the "Sustainability - Our Legacy" category of the North West Regional Construction Awards and in the "Environmental Project" category of the Construction News Awards.
The works also included environmental improvement works to the public realm including resurfacing and realignment of highways to result in one way streets with traffic calming measures, all design works undertaken by WML to the approval of the Local Authority.
Fred Perry House (formally Ponsonby House), Stockport has been awarded BREEAM Excellent. The project consisted of demolition of the existing Council offices and construction of a new replacement Civic Amenity building, on congested city centre site. Project value circa £8.3m

Pennington Lodge received a commendation under the Best Social Housing Development category of the Local Authority Building Control Awards 2010
The labs achieved BREEAM Excellent; the first lab of its kind to achieve this. The impressive state-of-the-art Lennard Jones building, achieved a score of 71.34% in the BREEAM assessment, features the use of green sustainable materials, with low environmental impact; a green ‘living wall’, providing habitat and biodiversity; roof mounted solar panels, providing hot water to the development, and rainwater recycling, providing water to serve toilet flushing and the living wall.
