Following the go-ahead for the refurbishment of this Northern Quarter building, Buttress has now revealed the design for the new look building.
WML are looking forward to being part of this exciting project.
Design Revealed for Hilton House
The new state of the art Ramsgate Primary school is opening.
The project was a modular new build, constructed off site by McAvoys, designed by Blue Sky Architects.
The 2078m2 building is constructed from 46 steel-framed modules which were manufactured and fitted out offsite to reduce the build programme. The units were craned into position in two phases complete with doors, windows, partitions and first fix mechanical and electrical services.

Congratulations to our Director Nigel Garside on becoming a Fellow of the IStructE!
WML helped to deliver the UK's largest singular span modular building with Blue Sky Design Services and McAvoy Construction.
The building was constructed off site and comprised 77 steel-framed modules. The structure was designed to have uninterrupted clear spans and is 394ft long.
The project was taken from the planning stages to opening in 18 months.

Our project with Blue Sky Design Services at Arbour Park Football Stadium has won TWO awards at the LABC regional awards - best public service building and best inclusive building
The project is now shortlisted for the National LABC awards.
