WML are pleased to announce that we will be be working with Kier Living Ltd on the new Knowle Avenue Project being undertaken by Cavendish Properties Limited. The Knowle Avenue project is an affordable housing scheme comprising mixed apartments and dwellings, located on a challenging brownfield site, immediately adjacent to a Railway. The site requires significant engineering input due to abnormal ground conditions and drainage requirements.
