Fred Perry House (formally Ponsonby House), Stockport has been awarded BREEAM Excellent. The project consisted of demolition of the existing Council offices and construction of a new replacement Civic Amenity building, on congested city centre site. Project value circa £8.3m "Best Sustainable Design - Commercial" at the 2011 LABC Building Excellence Awards (North West).
