Brookside was a finalist in the UK Housing Awards 2013, Development of the year large schemes category. It was also shortlisted for the LABC NW Regional Awards where it received a Highly Commended in the Large Housing Development category. The project comprised redevelopment of the Brookside site in Ormskirk, and was the largest timber framed UK building constructed in 2010.
